Customer is responsible for providing safe, clear access to trash bins, gates, driveways, sidewalks, and storage areas. Service may be delayed or skipped if bins are blocked, inaccessible, unsafe to reach, or if animals, locked gates, severe weather, construction, or other hazards prevent access.
Roll Out Trash Valet Service monitors local holiday and announced sanitation schedule changes, but city, county, private hauler, weather, or emergency changes may occur without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust service when schedule changes are known.
Customer is responsible for keeping trash properly bagged, ensuring bins are not overloaded, and complying with city, sanitation, HOA, landlord, and private hauler rules. We do not haul away loose trash, hazardous materials, bulk items, furniture, appliances, chemicals, paint, tires, or prohibited waste unless separately agreed in writing.
Roll Out Trash Valet Service is not responsible for missed collection caused by sanitation provider delays, rejected bins, improper waste, inaccessible bins, incorrect pickup information, weather, animals, vandalism, theft, or circumstances outside our control. Our service is limited to rolling approved bins to and from the curb or agreed location.
Monthly pricing depends on the selected plan, number of bins, property location, accessibility, and service needs. Customers may cancel future service by contacting us before the next billing cycle. Past-due accounts may result in paused or canceled service.
Referral credits are available on all plans. Customers earn $2 off monthly service for each active referred customer, up to $10 per month. Credits begin after the referred customer completes their first paid month and continue only while the referred customer remains active and current. Referral credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Information submitted through this website is used to respond to service requests, manage customer accounts, schedule service, and communicate with customers. We do not sell customer information. Submitted information may be stored through website, form, email, billing, or customer-management tools used to operate the business.
Service availability may vary by address, route density, pickup schedule, property access, and operational capacity. Submission of a request does not guarantee service acceptance until confirmed by Roll Out Trash Valet Service.
